Skills needed to start your business are not the same skills you will need to grow your business

Even starting your business you customers are the solution to everything

might need a different set of skills than you think you will need.

Understanding yourself and what makes you truly happy. Doing what you love not doing what people think you should be doing.

Changing you mindset about work and what you are doing. 

 

Target audiences- Who's is your target audience? and how do you find them?  

Experience your business through your customers eyes.

Networking Groups tips:

Having a single message for several weeks is more effective than changing it up all the time.

Having a product sample from your company to make a network group effective.

Having something about your business that is simple for others to understand such as when you offer coupons and deals. Make those things clear and easy for customers to understand. 

When its your turn to speak be prepared and sell your product.

 

Raising your prices.

Reviews and why bad reviews can be good for your company.

Why personality of employees matters to how well they will do in areas of their job.

One source of marketing is not good, if it goes away you will have trouble getting your business back on track.

Sales tips and attracting customers.
